Bryan Buckley will be speaking at the 65th Commission of Narcotic Drugs (CND) session for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime with fellow council members of the Veterans Action Council. The UN CND  is the premier forum to focus on the problems caused by illicit drugs. The 65th session of the CND meets virtually in Vienna, Austria, from March 14-18, 2022.
